Ingredients :

500 g jumbo or rolled oats

150 g barley or rye flakes

50 g sesame seeds

50 g sunflower seeds

150 g seedless raisins or sultanas

2 tablespoons wheatgers

50 g pumpkin seeds

250 g mixed dried fruit

(apricot, peaches, figs, pears, dates, nectarines), chopped

How to cook :

  1. Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container until required.
