Berry and Rice Muesli

berry and rice muesli

 

Ingredients :

  • 250 g brown rice, cooked
  • 50 g millet flakes
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g seedless raisins or sultanans
  • 150 g dried strawberries or cranberries
  • 50 g desiccated coconut or fresh grated coconut
  • milk or milk substitude, to serve

How to cook :

  1. Combine all ingredients, or as many of them as you wish, and put them into an airtight container. The muesli can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days
  2. Serve with milk subdtitute
